Villa 8 is a ground level 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa steps away from the pool and playground. The primary bedroom has a king bed and gorgeous tiled walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two queens. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The open style concept leads to a newly upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded finishes. The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, dinnerware and cookware. The living space has a sectional with a pull out couch adding to your sleep space as well as a Smart TV for use. Outside you will have your own private covered patio, charcoal grill and seating area. This villa is located in the center of the property. A boat slip is included in this property for an extra $15 per day.
