Things To Know Before Your Stay
Greetings from Sunset Inn Resort!
First off, We at Sunset Inn want to apologize that this letter and confirmation are just now going out for the year, however due to the many changes that came about the resort this past year such as setting up a new reservation system and website (coming in February) and us all having our other careers and businesses, I feel like we are doing pretty good! We are so glad to have the support and love that was shown to us this past season by our customers at Sunset Inn.
We hope that each of you had a wonderful holiday season as well as are excited for the new year and decade! We are changing things up a bit and trying to come into the 21st century by becoming a little more automated. We know this will be a small change for many of you, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone.
With converting this system over I know there may be some errors. Therefore, if you receive something that is incorrect, please let us know so that we can get it corrected right away. We would like for you to respond as soon as you can to this confirmation letter as we are getting bombarded with phone calls at the moment wondering which cabins are and are not available throughout the season.
There will be a few minor changes going into 2020 that you will need to be aware of:
Cleaning the cabins is one of our biggest challenges each year and moving into 2020 we will be adding a cleaning fee to help offset the additional expenses of hiring outside staff to come in and help with this task.
Cabins 4,5,6 will be going through an overhaul due to a lightning strike that knocked all of the electric to this building last season. In doing this electric upgrade we will be making additional upgrades to these cabins. As always we try to keep our rates low as possible, however the rates on these cabins will adjust due to added expenses of making these upgrades. We hope that you all enjoy the upgrades and understand that rate increase.
I am sure there will be more to come over the next couple weeks that we will update you with. We look forward to another great season and should you ever have any questions or comments don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call any of us as we want to make your stay and vacation as memorable as it can be. Questions regarding Reservations, please call or Text directly Bruce Brenon or use the email address below.
Again, thank you for choosing Sunset Inn Resort again this year and thank you for all the appreciation and love expressed in last year's transition year.
